Scary Movies
Every time I image a new shuddery movie is appearing in the theater, I get sincerely excited and want to enter it right away. When I go rent a movie, I usually run straight to the horror section. As a particular girl I would always beg my mom to let me stay the shuddery movie on TV, or the ones rented by my aunts. Over time I become notice that I am not the only one who is worn-out to scary movies. Ive noticed my friends and family always talk, with excitement and interest, roughly the latest scary movies that will be appearing at the movie theater. My daughter, nieces, nephews, and cousins always want to watch scary movies too. This do me wonder, what makes people want to watch scary movies?
Could it be that more scary movies make us think? Maybe many of us wonder if it is real, or if it could ever happen? Where did the author get the whim for the movie? Could it have been from a person-to-person experience, something he/she heard of, or just something that came out of his/her inclination? I know that Ive started to question a diffuse of things after watching a scary movie. For example, could there really be things in the world that just cant be explained? Maybe the idea of there being an hereafter makes us think of what could happen to us after we die.
The idea of something challenging the normal and scientific makes us think to the highest degree what we know and have experienced ourselves.
Another possibility could be that we are attracted to the way scary movies are presented to us. Most scary movies are presented to us, as only the brave will watch this movie. Maybe we all want to see how brave we are, or if were easily scared. There is something about the way the dark is presented to us, in a scary movie that makes the dark give score an appealing eerie feeling.
